The over 11,000sq km Tsavo East National Park is the largest wildlife park in Kenya with some of the most dramatic landscapes generalized by flat open grasslands, scrublands, and Acacia woodlands, belts of riverine vegetation and rocky ridges. Large herds of dusty red elephant are seen frequenting the water-holes along with other game including lion, buffalo, leopard, gerenuk, lesser kudu just to name a few.
