The 1510sq km Maasai Mara National Reserve is the most famous wildlife park in the country that hosts well over 1.3 million wildebeest during the greatest spectacle of the annual migration where these beasts trek for a thousand miles in search of pasture. Termed as the ‘Seventh Wonder of the World’ this phenomenon draws many tourists that flock to this reserve to have a glimpse of this mass animal movement making this the best safari destination.
