As a company we know that the success of an African safari depends upon the caliber of your Safari driver/guide. That’s why Cherokee tours has a selected team of responsible, qualified guides capable of providing excellent service to our clients. With a minimum requirement of KPSGA (Kenya Professional Safari Guides Association) Bronze level, the guides have undertaken rigorous training and refresher courses and are experts in their chosen fields with an in- depth knowledge of routes, local attractions, practical mechanics an outstanding ability as game spotters.
Our safaris are operated in custom made 4×4 jeeps and minivans fitted with HF communication radios for ease of getting in touch with the main office and amongst the guides while out of mobile network area.
